beasiswa S-2 dalam bidang minyak dan gas bumi. Program beasiswa ini
membantu mahasiswa meraih gelar master dalam bidang Safety &
Reliability Engineering.
Lloyd Register Foundation (LRF) merupakan lembaga yang mendukung
Centre for Safety & Reliability Engineering di Fakultas Teknik
University of Aberdeen, akan mendanai kuliah tiga mahasiswa S-2 dari
berbagai negara. Beasiswa ini senilai 15 ribu poundsterling atau sekira
Rp305,7 juta (Rp20.384 per poundsterling). Dana tersebut akan diberikan
selama satu tahun serta meliputi kebutuhan uang kuliah dan tunjangan.

Safety & Reliability Engineering for Oil & Gas Scholarship ini,
Anda harus sudah melamar dan diterima sebagai mahasiswa S-2 di Fakultas
Teknik University of Aberdeen untuk perkuliahan yang dimulai pada
September 2014. Pemberian beasiswa akan didasarkan pada prestasi
akademik dan karakteristik personal dari tiap pelamar.

Brief Description
The Lloyd's Register Foundation (LRF) which supports the Centre for Safety & Reliability Engineering within the School of Engineering will fund three MSc Safety & Reliability Engineering Scholarships of £15,000. This will contribute towards fees and maintenance costs. This is part of the College of Physical Sciences Postgraduate Scholarships Programme.
Description
The scholarships are open to all students commencing the one year full- time MSc in Safety & Reliability Engineering for Oil & Gas starting in September 2014. (Please note that the scholarship is not open to students wishing to commence the part-time distance learning programme).
As detailed above, the scholarship is valued at £15,000 for the one year duration of the MSc Safety & Reliability Engineering for Oil & Gas degree course. This will cover Home or RUK postgraduate tuition fees, with the remainder providing a maintenance stipend.
Please note: International students will have 60% of the International fee paid by LRF with the balance of the award being paid in the form of a stipend across the time of study. International students will therefore need to be able to meet 40% of their fees from their own resources as only 60% will be paid by LRF and the balance of the £15,000 will be paid in 12 monthly installments.
Eligibility
All students meeting the criteria, regardless of nationality, are eligible to apply for the LRF MSc Safety & Reliability Engineering for Oil & Gas Scholarships - they are open to UK, EU and International students.
To be considered for a LRF MSc Safety & Reliability Engineering for Oil & Gas Scholarship you will need to have applied to, and been made an offer for, a place on the University of Aberdeen's MSc Safety & Reliability Engineering for Oil & Gas degree course starting in September 2014.
To be awarded an LRF MSc Safety & Reliability Engineering for Oil & Gas Scholarship you must receive and then firmly accept an unconditional offer of a place on the MSc Safety & Reliability Engineering for Oil & Gas at the University of Aberdeen.
Those who are awaiting degree results and therefore hold a conditional offer of a place can also be considered and will be asked to provide a copy of their degree certificate before the award is confirmed.
Criteria
The LRET MSc Safety & Reliability Engineering for Oil & Gas Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and demonstration of particular personal characteristics (please see Guidelines document for full details).
